How It Works

Initial Consultation

The journey begins with an initial consultation. We’ll take this opportunity to get to know one another, discuss your vision, and determine if we’re the right fit for each other. This is also an opportunity to give us a budget or ballpark price, along with a timeline that you have in mind.

Detailed Pricing + Design

Once we’ve received your signed project development agreement, we’ll begin scheduling walk throughs with our trade partners to determine pricing and help minimize any “unknowns” we might encounter during the construction process. Whether you’re already working with a designer and have plans, or need plans for your project, we’ll guide you in the best direction to suit your remodeling needs. At the conclusion of this process, you’ll receive a final detailed project pricing proposal, with each line item itemized, along with a firm project price.

Contract + Permitting

This is the final stage of project planning before moving into construction. Once your contract is executed, we’ll prepare and submit plans to the appropriate municipality for permitting. We’ll also begin scheduling our trade partners and preparing for construction.

Construction

We will begin executing the plans to make your vision a reality. Throughout the process, your project superintendent will be on-site daily to manage trade partners and ensure what’s been promised to you is delivered! They’re also on hand to answer any questions and ensure your home is treated with the utmost respect throughout the construction process. Once the project is complete, we will present you with a clean space that’s ready for you to love.
