How will you protect my property?
We ask all clients to clean out and remove any property from the construction area prior to the first day of work. This includes removing items from within cabinets, taking art off the walls or emptying out shelving. Our trade partners implement a variety of dust-containment measures such as dust barriers, like zipwalls, close and block off any HVAC vents, utilize an air scrubber during work hours, and place taped floor paper or x-board on the floors. Our crews will also clean up after themselves at the end of each day to help keep the construction site clean.
How will you clean up at the end of the day?
Our trade partners are instructed to broom clean, take their trash and tidy up their work area at the end of each day. Should you have space for storage, such as a garage area, our trade partners may stow their tools out of the way at the end of each day, otherwise they will tidy them up in a corner or take them. At the end of each job, ALE Renovations ensures all trash is cleaned up and hauled away, the construction area is swept and vacuumed with a shop vac, and any additional tape or remnants are cleaned up from the area. ALE Renovations will also happily provide post-construction cleaning through a third party, and this task can be added to the initial scope of work estimate before work begins.
